marokke is a fashion brand that aims to revive the idea of dressmaker quality clothes designed with soft lines and intricate detailing. It was established by Maria Konstantoglou, an architect and fashion designer who dreamed to create a brand with ethical criteria and worldwide inspirations.

marokke fully embraces an ethical fashion model from the creation of a garment to its end user. Its goal is to:

  • provide fair pay and good working conditions for employees and collaborators
  • create high quality garments
  • offer reasonable pricing

In response to “you can’t have it all” notion, marokke’s strategy is based on:

  • adopting the made on demand approach
  • reducing its margin of profit
  • focusing on digital marketing and sales

About the designer

After many years of working experience and a doctoral degree in Architecture, Maria Konstantoglou always had an interest in good design in every form. Her love for fashion was apparent from early childhood when she enjoyed alterations and vintage clothing. She further explored it while studying fashion in San Francisco. Her goal in Marokke is to create effortlessly elegant clothes with details that enhance femininity and the uniqueness of the female body. From design to pattern making and creating the first samples with handmade details, every item in Marokke collections is made to meet the designer’s vision.
